Gary Sinise is it! Look for him to earn an Emmy for best actor in a television drama within the first two seasons of CSI: NYC. The casting on CSI: NYC is looking to be better than the casting on the original CSI.

Love Gary Sinise. He and CSI:NYC have a great chance at knocking CSI:Crime Scene Investigation off their throne (i.e. out of their #1rating spot). Outstanding casting for the new show.

Interesting episode. I think they need to find a new way to introduce new series. The writers already used this one.

Oh boy... it's soooo amazing... Yet another 45 min movie... This level of cinematographic sophistication has only been seen on the silver screen - so far. The "CSI phenomenon" writes television history right in front of our astounding eyes.

am i the only one who didn't like the episode? the storyline was good, but it needed more Miami interaction. as Horatio put it "it's our jurisdiction..." i didn't like the NY cast. especially 'mac'. give me Horatio any day!

I agree with csi rachie!! they so totally needed more Miami! I felt like at the beginning Yay Horatio Go Miami! and then all of a sudden What the hell! where's Miami gone. NYC totally took over that episode! and the fume guy! what a WERIDO!!!
