Episode Synopsis
A lap-dancer reports a rape, the accused is Eddie Willows, Catherine's ex-husband. Against policy, Catherine takes on the case of clearing Eddie.
Grissom and Nick investigate a body found in the concrete foundations of a house. Teri Miller is brought in to build up a likeness of the victim in order to find out who she is.
A black jeep is chased down the strip by a police officer. After the vehicle stops, it's driver tells the officer that he can't go down for a third offence and shoots himself. However, an eye witness account does not back up the officer's story. Sara and Warrick look for the bullet that will prove the case either way.

In a show that is suppose to re-enact real life crime scenes, this one falls short. A real criminalist would never work a case that was considered a conflict of interest as Catherine did, and a real supervisor would make sure of it.

This was the first ep of CSI that made me cry. More time should have been devoted to the Fay Green storyline and less to the other two. George Eads delivered an amazing performance!!

I'm with ducky81 and xgreendayx!!! I am a total Nicky fanatic!!! He looks totally adorable when he cries, and I wanna give him a hug! Way to go Griss! Save Nicky's life!!! I freak out when Nick gets a gun in his face. Poor Nicky. I know he was terrified.
