Watching A biopsy of a lung pretty much did it for a lot of people in my class..think of a new wet sea sponge as a healty lung.. think of an old dried up one of a two pack a day smoker with ling Cancer. Yup a lot of people quit after seeing that.
Although I have had family memebers watch a loved one die from lunbg cancer and go out for smoke breaks saying it won't happen to me. so you have to want to do it.. in order to quit.

Rosie- that's so weird- that's what my dad always said- look in the mirror and see how stuopid you look- what are you a steam engine or a chimmney- he hated smokers- I just posted this for the funny side of smoking-this guy who wrote it had a sense of humor about it- not that smoking is funny- but he quit so that's a good thing-
funny my dad smoked for over 50 years. and as i was growing up it was you can do the following and tell me about it, quite school get preggers ride a motorcycle take drugs smoke you can do them all or one and let me about it. of course you will be dead tommorrow but you can tell me about it. and i KNEW he would do it. so save for one sorta i didn't
